SXF Service Group (00500) has issued an announcement regarding a customer (Shanghai claimant) filing a claim against SXF Logistics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Logistics, a company indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary) for an initial amount of RMB 28.7 million. Shanghai Logistics has received a judgment from the Shanghai High People's Court, according to which, Shanghai Logistics must compensate the Shanghai claimant approximately RMB 17.7 million. This amount can partially offset the Shanghai claimant's outstanding accounts receivable to Shanghai Logistics of approximately RMB 10.4 million. After offsetting, Shanghai Logistics is obligated to pay the Shanghai claimant a settlement amount of approximately RMB 7.3 million.

This amount can partially offset the Shanghai claimant's outstanding accounts payable to Shanghai Logistics of about RMB 10.4 million. After offsetting, Shanghai Logistics is obligated to pay a settlement amount of approximately RMB 7.3 million to the Shanghai claimant.
After considering previous provisions, the Group's comprehensive financial statements may need to reflect an additional loss of approximately RMB 13.2 million. Shanghai Logistics is still seeking legal advice from their legal advisors on potential actions to take (including the possibility of further appealing the judgment).
