CICC (03908) has obtained regulatory approval to publicly issue corporate bonds to professional investors.
CICC (03908) announced that China International Finance Limited (referred to as "the Company") recently received the approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (referred to as "CSRC") for the registration of public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors (Reply on Approving China International Finance Limited to Publicly Issue Corporate Bonds to Professional Investors, CSRC Approval [2026] No. 154).
CICC (03908) announced that China International Financial Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recently received the approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") for the registration of the public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors.
According to the approval, the CSRC has approved the Company's registration application to publicly issue corporate bonds to professional investors. The total face value of corporate bonds issued this time with a maturity of more than one year shall not exceed 20 billion yuan, and the remaining face value of short-term corporate bonds issued this time shall not exceed 15 billion yuan. The approval is valid for 24 months from the date of registration approval, and the Company can issue corporate bonds in installments within the registration validity period.
