Yankuang Energy (600188.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yankuang Energy (Ordos) Co., Ltd. has publicly listed Inner Mongolia Xintai Coal Co., Ltd. ("Xintai Coal") for transfer of 100% equity on the Shandong Property Rights Exchange, with a base price of 670 million yuan. If the transaction is successfully completed, it is expected to have a significant impact on the net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders in 2026.
