The Hong Kong government has reappointed Vivian Ho as the Operations Director of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority in Hong Kong.

On January 30th, the Hong Kong government announced that the Financial Secretary of Hong Kong has exercised the power delegated by the Chief Executive of Hong Kong under the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance (Chapter 485) to reappoint Amy Wong as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) for a term of three years, from February 3, 2026 to February 2, 2029.
On January 30th, the Hong Kong government announced that the Financial Secretary of Hong Kong has exercised the power conferred by the Chief Executive of Hong Kong under the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance (Chapter 485) to reappoint Alice Law as the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Director of the Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) for a term of three years, from February 3, 2026 to February 2, 2029. A spokesperson for the Hong Kong Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau stated that Ms. Alice Law has been with the MPFA since 2006, and has made contributions to improving the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) system during her time there. Over the past three years, she has actively promoted the implementation of the MPF e-platform and enhanced the governance standards of MPF trustees and intermediaries to safeguard the interests of plan members. They look forward to Ms. Law continuing to serve the MPFA wholeheartedly. Alice Law was first appointed as an Executive Director of the MPFA in 2008, and became the Chief Operations Officer of the MPFA in 2023.
