In December 2025, the National Energy Administration issued 211 million green certificates, involving 688,700 renewable energy generation projects, of which 150 million green certificates were tradable, accounting for 71.32%. The green certificates issued in November 2025 corresponded to 185 million renewable energy electricity, accounting for 87.72%. From January to December 2025, the National Energy Administration issued a total of 2.947 billion green certificates, of which 1.893 billion were tradable.
