According to the disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 9th, Jiwu Thinking Limited (COMMUNE Illusionist) has submitted an application for listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC and BOC International serving as its joint sponsors. The prospectus shows that COMMUNE Illusionist is a dining and bar concept brand dedicated to redefining the drinking, dining, and gathering experience. As of September 30, 2025, it operates 112 directly operated dining and bar locations in 40 cities nationwide. According to data from Frost & Sullivan, based on operating income from 2022 to 2024, COMMUNE Illusionist has ranked first among Chinese dining and bar brands for three consecutive years. The same data source indicates that in 2024, COMMUNE Illusionist held approximately 7.8% market share in a highly fragmented but rapidly growing sector, which is approximately twice the combined market share of the second and third largest competitors.
