(Representative: CITIC Guolian Mastermind Number Nine Private Equity Securities Investment Fund), agreeing to transfer 4.22 million shares of the company held by Mr. Li Zexin through an agreement transfer method to the transferee, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital of the company. The share transfer price is 48.59 yuan/share, and the total value of the transaction is 205 million yuan.
