On December 12, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice on the overseas issuance and listing of Jiangsu Zejing Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. and the filing of the "full circulation" of shares not listed domestically.
On December 12th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice on the Filing of Overseas Issuance and Listing of Jiangsu Zejing Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. and the Full Circulation of Unlisted Shares in China". The company plans to issue no more than 41,081,400 overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 40 shareholders of the company plan to convert a total of 92,810,529 unlisted shares in China into overseas listed shares and list them for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
