Singapore Maiwei, as a limited partner, will subscribe to Sparkedge Development Fund One L.P. with its own capital of 10 million US dollars. The partnership will focus on investing in renewable energy infrastructure construction, with investment covering the development and construction phases. Its strategic goal is to achieve capital return through asset appreciation after project completion.
