(referred to as WOAN Siasun Robot&Automation) has submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Guotai Haitong and Huatai International as its joint sponsors. The company had previously filed for a listing on June 8th of this year.
The prospectus shows that WOAN Siasun Robot&Automation is a global provider of AI-enabled smart home Siasun Robot&Automation systems, dedicated to building an ecosystem centered around intelligent home Siasun Robot&Automation products. According to a Frost & Sullivan report, based on projected retail sales in 2024, the company is the world's largest provider of AI-enabled smart home Siasun Robot&Automation systems, holding a market share of 11.9% and is also a leading global provider in the sector, offering a wide range of smart home Siasun Robot&Automation products designed for various household scenarios.
