In the first 11 months of this year, the number of overseas tourists applying for tax refunds upon departure increased by 285% year-on-year, and the sales and refunds of tax-refunded goods increased by 98.8% year-on-year. By the end of November, there were 12,252 tax refund shops nationwide, with over 7,000 shops providing "buy-now-refund-now" services. The tax refund service continues to be optimized to better meet the tax refund needs of overseas tourists, and it is driving the continuous increase in the popularity of overseas tourists traveling to China.
