Announcement of Results" section.
Assuming that the Hong Kong public offering becomes unconditional on October 28, 2025 (Tuesday) at 8 am or earlier in Hong Kong, it is expected that H shares will begin trading on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 28, 2025 (Tuesday) at 9 am.
