GREEN ECONOMY (01315) announced the sale of all issued shares of Prosper Ace Investments Limited. All the conditions set out in the sale agreement have been met, and the sale was completed on October 22, 2025. Following the completion of the sale, the company no longer holds any equity in the target company, and the target company is no longer a subsidiary of the company. Therefore, the financial performance, assets, and liabilities of the target company will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
