MAOYE INT'L (00848) announced that Mr. Gao Yajun has decided to resign from his positions as an independent non-executive director, member of the board of directors' audit committee, and member of the remuneration committee, effective from October 17, 2025, in order to devote more time to other business pursuits. From October 17, 2025, Ms. Xu Jing has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, and also as a member of the board of directors' audit committee and the remuneration committee.
