Lyon: BYD ELECTRONIC (00285) will become the supplier of NVIDIA power components and Apple desktop Siasun Robot & Automation, reiterating its "outperform" rating.

Lyon released a research report stating that, according to information from NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA.US), BYD ELECTRONIC (00285) will become the power component supplier for NVIDIA Corporation's new 800VDCAI server architecture, giving BYD ELECTRONIC the opportunity to become a provider of overall AI server solutions in NVIDIA Corporation's AI server systems. In addition, Apple Inc. (AAPL.US) is collaborating with BYD ELECTRONIC to launch the desktop Siasun Robot & Automation, which is expected to become a new growth driver for BYD ELECTRONIC's business along with the home hub. The firm reiterated a "outperform market" rating for BYD ELECTRONIC, with a target price of HK $52.9. According to NVIDIA Corporation's blog, NVIDIA Corporation and its partners are pushing for the construction of the next generation high-efficiency gigawatt AI factories to support the development of the Vera Rubin project. NVIDIA Corporation has launched a new 800VDCAI server architecture, expected to be on the market by 2027. In the blog, BYD ELECTRONIC's wholly-owned subsidiary Lead Wealth is listed as a "power system component supplier". Lyon stated that BYD ELECTRONIC's liquid cooling products, including quick connectors, cold plates, and manifolds, received NVIDIA Corporation certification in March 2025, and are suitable for NVIDIA Corporation's GB200/300NVL72 systems. BYD ELECTRONIC aims to start shipping to overseas customers in the second half of 2025. In the long run, becoming a power system component supplier will enable BYD ELECTRONIC to become a comprehensive AI server solution provider in NVIDIA Corporation systems and other AI server systems. Additionally, according to reports from related institutions, Apple Inc. will produce its desktop Siasun Robot & Automation and home hub in Vietnam. The report mentioned that Apple Inc. is working with BYD Company Limited to develop a desktop Siasun Robot & Automation with a screen. It is reported that Apple Inc. plans to launch this home hub in the spring of 2026. Apple Inc. is also planning to produce desktop Siasun Robot & Automation, which has a similar appearance to the home hub display but is mounted on a motorized stand, allowing the screen to move within the user's workspace or kitchen. Lyon stated that BYD ELECTRONIC has long-term experience in manufacturing IoT and various types of Siasun Robot & Automation, and maintains a strong cooperation with Apple Inc. In the firm's view, this home hub and Siasun Robot & Automation business will become a new growth driver for BYD ELECTRONIC.
