On March 11th, Forbes released a list of "Top 100 Outstanding Female Entrepreneurs in China".
On March 11, Forbes released the list of "China's Outstanding Business Women 100". The top 5 female entrepreneurs on the list are Wang Laichun, Chairman of Luxshare Precision Industry (002475.SZ), a key supplier in the Apple supply chain; Zhou Qunfei, Chairman of Lens Technology (300433.SZ), a leading company in the consumer electronics field; Meng Wanzhou, Vice Chairman of Huawei; Zhou Chaonan, General Manager of Range Intelligent Computing Technology Group (300442.SZ), a comprehensive digital economy industry service provider; and Dong Mingzhu, Chairman of Gree Electric Appliances, Inc. of Zhuhai (000651.SZ). This year, Forbes China continued to focus on female managers of domestic listed companies, female leaders of multinational giants in China, and female founders of unicorn companies. Through analyzing the candidates business performance, capital market performance, market size, industry influence, and innovation capabilities, the final 100 people were selected from thousands of candidates to launch the "China's Outstanding Business Women 100" list. The average age of the 11th Forbes China Business Women is 51 years old, with 37% being self-made entrepreneurs (including early joiners of founding teams), 57% as professional managers, and 6% as female second-generation successors. Compared to last year, there are a total of 34 new faces this year, including emerging forces worth noting such as Tao Feiwen, Co-founder and COO of Horizon Robotics, and Zeng Hong, General Manager of Delton Technology. The proportion of women with STEM education backgrounds among these 100 women has also increased further as a result.
