Prosperous Print (08385) announced that with effect from 21 September 2026, Mr. Lam Sam Ming, the chairman of the board and executive director, has ceased to act as an authorized representative of the company pursuant to Rule 5.24 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Lam Sam Ming will continue to serve as chairman of the board and executive director. With effect from 21 September 2026, Mr. Chen Kun, the company secretary of the company, has been appointed as an authorized representative pursuant to Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules.
