INSILICO(03696): Entered into an AI joint development collaboration with a contract value of up to tens of millions of US dollars to build and commercialize biological foundation models

INSILICO(03696) announced that the company has entered into a collaboration with a frontier foundation model laboratory with a contract value of up to tens of millions of US dollars. Under the agreement, the two parties will leverage the MMAI Gym training framework to jointly develop, validate, and commercialize a series of frontier foundation models purpose-built for biological research. According to the terms of the collaboration, the two parties will deeply integrate their respective strengths to build specialized foundation models for generative biology. INSILICO will provide proprietary datasets covering multiple specialized life science tasks and conduct closed-loop wet-lab validation of the outputs generated by the foundation models during training. In addition, the two parties have established a revenue-sharing model, leveraging their respective partner networks in the biopharmaceutical field to drive global commercialization.
