International oil prices fell slightly on the 17th.

As of the closing of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for delivery in October on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell by 47 cents to close at $64.05 per barrel, a decrease of 0.73%; while the price of Brent crude oil futures for delivery in November on the London-based ICE Futures Exchange fell by 52 cents to close at $67.95 per barrel, a decrease of 0.76%.
