The Supreme People's Procuratorate has decided to arrest Lu Kehua according to law.

Former member of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and former secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, Lu Kehua, is suspected of accepting bribes. The case has been investigated and concluded by the National Supervisory Commission and transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution. Recently, the Supreme People's Procuratorate made the decision to arrest Lu Kehua on suspicion of accepting bribes. The case is still under further investigation.
