Samsung (SSNLF.US) spent 1.5 billion euros to acquire German FlktGroup, marking its largest overseas acquisition in eight years.

According to the financial news app Jiemian, Samsung Electronics recently signed an agreement to acquire FlktGroup Holding GmbH for 1.5 billion euros (1.7 billion U.S. dollars), marking the company's largest overseas merger and acquisition deal in eight years.
