On Tuesday (May 13th), the Magnificent 7 index of U.S. technology stocks rose by 2.06% to 160.17 points. Nvidia closed up by 5.63%, Tesla up by 4.93%, Meta Platforms up by 2.6%, Amazon up by 1.31%, Apple up by 1.02%, Google A up by 0.68%, and Microsoft closed down by 0.03%. In addition, AMD closed up by 4.01%, Taiwan Semiconductor ADR up by 3.75%, Berkshire Hathaway Class B shares, under Buffett's ownership, closed down by 0.47%, and Eli Lilly dropped by 1.26%.
