According to the ChinaTimes Financial APP, the China Real Estate Research Institute published a document stating that in April, the housing rental industry entered the off-season, with a decrease in rental demand. The average rent for residential properties in key cities slightly decreased, with the average rent for residential properties in 50 cities at 35.2 yuan/square meter/month, a decrease of 0.32% month-on-month and 3.40% year-on-year. In terms of scale ranking, the threshold for TOP30 enterprises to enter the list of openings remained at 14,847 units, with a cumulative managed housing source volume of 1.897 million units.
