Public information shows that Greentown Chaoming Dongfang is located in the core area of Xuhui Riverside, Shanghai, and is positioned as the first work of Greentown China's 30th anniversary. The project has released a total of 120 units, with unit sizes ranging from around 275 square meters to 585 square meters, an average price of 19,500 yuan per square meter, and the highest unit price for duplex reaching up to 26,000 yuan per square meter, with total prices ranging from 41.23 million yuan to 154 million yuan.
