The China Securities Investment Fund Association releases the "Detailed Implementation Rules for Information Disclosure of Private Equity Investment Funds".

In order to standardize the information disclosure behavior of private equity funds, protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, and promote the standardized and healthy development of the private equity fund industry, the China Securities Investment Fund Association has drafted the "Implementation Rules for the Information Disclosure of Private Equity Funds" and the "Template for Important Content of Information Disclosure of Private Equity Funds" in accordance with the "Securities Investment Fund Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Private Equity Funds" and "Management Measures for the Supervision of Information Disclosure of Private Equity Funds" and other laws and regulations. After deliberation and approval by the Board of Directors of the Association, it is hereby published and will be implemented from September 1, 2026.
