Ivory Coast Abidjan a building under construction collapsed, causing 8 deaths.

The military fire department in Cte d'Ivoire said on the 24th that a building under construction in the southern part of the economic capital Abidjan collapsed on the 23rd, resulting in 8 deaths so far.
