Emphasis should be placed on empowering artificial intelligence to activate new vitality in digital economic development. The construction of the "six chains and five groups" should be deepened to promote industrial synergy among Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. Focus should also be placed on providing excellent services to create a first-class business environment.
