Guangfa Securities Announcement: Guangfa Holdings Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by Guangfa Securities in Hong Kong in June 2006, with a current paid-up capital of 10.337 billion Hong Kong dollars. According to the company's business development needs and the actual situation of Guangfa Hong Kong, the company plans to increase the capital of Guangfa Hong Kong by no more than 6.101 billion Hong Kong dollars, with the source of funds being the fundraising from the general authorization for the issuance of additional H shares and convertible bonds, as well as internal funds.
