Trump will ask the Justice Department to investigate the relationship between Epstein and Morgan Chase, Samms, and Clinton.
President Trump said he will ask the Department of Justice to investigate the relationships between Jeffrey Epstein and former President Bill Clinton, former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, Democratic donor Reid Hoffman, and JPMorgan Chase. Prior to this, a batch of newly exposed emails has raised questions about Trump's relationship with the disgraced financier. Trump posted on social media on Friday accusing Democrats of using the Epstein case to "try to divert public attention from the government's disastrous shutdown and other failures". Trump wrote, "The records show that these men and many others have spent quite a long time with Epstein, and have even been to his 'island'". Trump asked Attorney General Pam Bondi to "find out what exactly happened between them and Epstein".
