Zhitong Finance News APP, Foshan Holdings (00607) announced that on November 14, 2025, the seller Five Seasons VI (D) Pty. Ltd. (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and the buyer Talga Solutions Pty Ltd entered into an agreement. The seller agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to purchase the land for a total price of 5 million Australian dollars (equivalent to approximately 23.27 million RMB).
