Zhitong Finance APP News, Reed Intelligence (301135.SZ) announced that the company and Shanghai Chuangdong Orient Houze Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) intend to increase their capital investment in Shenzhen Yutuo Smart Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yutuo Smart"). They recently signed an investment agreement with the original shareholders of Yutuo Smart and the target company Yutuo Smart. The total increase in capital this time is 40 million yuan, with the company investing 10 million yuan from its own funds (of which 1.2468 million yuan is included in the registered capital, and the rest is included in the capital surplus); Shanghai Chuangdong Orient Houze Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) will invest 30 million yuan (of which 3.7404 million yuan is included in the registered capital, and the rest is included in the capital surplus). After this transaction is completed, the company will directly hold 2.2989% of the equity of the target company, which is not included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
