Ruide Intelligence announced on November 14th that the company, along with Shanghai Chuangdongfang Huoze Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership, intends to increase its investment in Shenzhen Yutuo Intelligent Co., Ltd. The total increase in capital this time is 40 million yuan, with the company contributing 10 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will directly hold a 2.2989% stake in the target company. Yutuo Intelligent focuses on power plant scenarios and has developed a full-stack capability of "hardware + software + data." Its products have successfully covered five major power generation groups, making it a leading player in the power plant robot business segment. Its core products, including rail inspection robots, wheeled robots, and patrol robots, have formed a comprehensive solution integrating multiple machine types and business scenarios in power plant scenarios.
