Wisdom Finance APP News, China Glass (03300.HK) announced that as of November 13, 2025, the Group had entered into a second amending and restating agreement (2025 Agreement) with various parties to amend and restate the financing agreement. The repayment date has been changed to one year from the effective date of the 2025 Agreement (i.e. November 13, 2025), and this period can be extended for up to six months subject to certain conditions.
