Macau: Average retail rental prices in the third quarter dropped by 1.1% compared to the previous quarter, while residential rental prices increased by 1.0%.

According to the Zhongtong Finance and Economics App, on November 14th, the Macao Statistics and Census Bureau released the rental statistics for the third quarter of Macao. The data shows that the average rent per square meter of commercial units in the third quarter of 2025 is 476 Macao Patacas, a decrease of 1.1% from the second quarter; the quarterly decline rates for office units (281 Patacas) and industrial units (120 Patacas) are 1.7% and 2.3% respectively; while the average rent for residential units has increased by 1.0% to 140 Patacas.
