The China Securities Regulatory Commission issued an administrative penalty decision to investigate the case of Lianda providing audit services for Guangdong SuperChina Technology Co., Ltd. without diligence and due care. As the auditor for SuperChina Technology's financial statements for the years 2019-2022, Lianda did not fulfill its duties diligently according to the "Chinese Certified Public Accountants Practice Standards", and the audit report it issued contained false information. Lianda's actions constitute illegal behavior as defined in Article 213(3) of the Securities Law, and the signing registered accountants Zhang Zhihui, Zhou Achun, and Ou Yunfei are directly responsible managers. The China Securities Regulatory Commission decided: 1. Require Lianda Accounting Firm to make corrections, confiscate audit business income of 3,018,869.84 yuan, and impose a fine of 9,056,609.52 yuan. 2. Give a warning to Zhang Zhihui and impose a fine of 500,000 yuan. 3. Give a warning to Zhou Achun and impose a fine of 400,000 yuan. 4. Give a warning to Ou Yunfei and impose a fine of 300,000 yuan.
