Chinese smart energy (01004.HK) completes resumption guidance, planning to resume trading on November 17.

China Smart Energy (01004.HK) announced that trading of its shares has been suspended since April 2, 2024, pending the publication of its audited annual performance for the year ended December 31, 2023. The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong issued a resumption guidance on June 6, 2024. The resumption guidance stipulates that the company must address the issues that led to the suspension of trading before its securities are allowed to resume trading, and fully comply with the listing rules to gain the approval of the Stock Exchange.
