King Force Group (03919.HK): Termination of Subscription Agreement

Financial APP News, Kinetic Group (03919.HK) announced that on November 14, 2025, the company and the subscriber jointly agreed to immediately terminate the subscription agreement. After the termination, all parties to the subscription agreement shall be released and exempt from their respective obligations under the subscription agreement, but without prejudice to any rights or obligations that have already arisen on or before the date of termination of the subscription agreement. As the subscription agreement has been terminated, the subscription transaction will not continue.
