Northern Rare Earth: Some directors and independent directors resign.

North China Rare Earth has announced that the company has received written resignation reports from director Mr. Bai Baosheng, Ms. Zhang Lihua, and independent director Ms. Du Ying. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Bai Baosheng will no longer serve as a director of the company or as a member of the Board's Strategy and ESG Committee, Ms. Zhang Lihua will no longer serve as a director of the company or as a member of the Board's Compensation and Assessment Committee; and due to personal work reasons, Ms. Du Ying will no longer serve as an independent director of the company, Chairman of the Board's Compensation and Assessment Committee, member of the Audit Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee. After their resignation, Mr. Bai Baosheng will serve as the company's Chief Business Officer, while Ms. Zhang Lihua and Ms. Du Ying will no longer hold any positions in the company.
