News from the Zhixin Finance APP, CITIC Securities (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary CITIC Securities International Limited (hereinafter referred to as CITIC Securities International) affiliate CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or guarantor) established an overseas medium-term note program on March 29, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the MTN Program), which is guaranteed by CITIC Securities International. According to the maturity of outstanding notes and actual business development needs of the company, the issuer issued a note under the MTN Program on November 14, 2025 with an amount of 2.1 million US dollars. After this issuance, the total principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the MTN Program amounts to 2.668 billion US dollars.
