Shanghai Stock Exchange revises the compilation plan of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Ocean Economy Theme Index.

Shanghai Stock Exchange issued a notice on the revision of the compilation plan for the Shanghai Stock Exchange Ocean Economy Theme Index. The revisions include: the sample space has been revised to be the same as the sample space of the Shanghai 180 Index; new investable screening rules have been added: securities with an average daily trading volume ranking in the top 90% of the sample space in the past year are eligible for selection; the sample selection method has been revised: for securities that meet the investable screening criteria within the sample space, 50 securities with the highest average total market value ranking in the past year will be selected from listed companies in the fields of shipping, shipping, ports, offshore wind power generation, offshore oil and gas exploration and oilfield services, deep-sea fishing, marine biological products, etc. as index samples; the weighting method has been revised: free float market value weighting, the weight of individual samples in the fields of shipping, shipping, ports, deep-sea fishing, and marine biological products does not exceed 10%, the weight of other individual samples does not exceed 3%, and the total weight does not exceed 20%. The rest of the index compilation plan remains unchanged.
