Recently, Bank of Communications successfully issued the 2025 third tranche of Total Loss-Absorbing Capacity (TLAC) bonds in the interbank market, with a total issuance size of 30 billion yuan and a term of 3+1 years. Of the total issuance, fixed-interest bonds were issued in the amount of 26 billion yuan, with a coupon rate of 1.93% and a subscription ratio of 1.97 times; floating-rate bonds were issued in the amount of 4 billion yuan, with an initial coupon rate of 1.94% linked to a benchmark rate of the 60-day average of the 7-day repo rate, with a subscription ratio of 1.77 times.
