Ministry of Commerce and four other departments: standardize the application and issuance of export licenses.

The Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the General Administration of Customs have issued a notice on further strengthening the management of exporting used cars. It mentioned that local commerce authorities should guide enterprises to fill out export license application information in a standardized and complete manner, with vehicle brand, model, registration date, transfer registration pending export date, etc. consistent with the "Vehicle Registration Certificate". The registration date and transfer registration pending export date should be filled in the appendix of the export license. Export licenses will not be issued to those who do not fill in the above content as required. The Ministry of Commerce will closely monitor the reporting of export license information and issue public notifications to enterprises and relevant certification agencies that repeatedly violate the rules.
