The Chinese financial news app, Securities Times, reports that Jinlian Group (01751.HK) has announced that Mr. Zhang Xian has been reappointed as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective from November 14, 2025. Mr. Zhang will continue to serve as an executive director after the position change. With Mr. Zhang's appointment as Vice Chairman, Mr. Cao Yifan will become the sole Chairman of the Board of Directors.
