San Da Membrane announced that the company's contract dispute case with Lanxiao Technology has been settled in the second trial, and the judgment has been fulfilled. Lanxiao Technology has applied to lift the freeze on two of the company's fundraising accounts, unfreezing a total of 58.6115 million yuan, with 43 million yuan from China CITIC Bank Xiamen Huli Branch and 15.6115 million yuan from Industrial and Commercial Bank Xiamen Zhenhai Branch. The unfreezing of funds will benefit the company's production and operation. As of the date of the announcement, the fundraising account for the Juye Fundraising Project and the general bank account of San Da's subsidiary in Baicheng are still frozen, totaling 40.2065 million yuan, including 11.74 million yuan of fundraising funds. The company will work to unlock these funds.
