Shuhua Sports announced on November 14th that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from the company's Vice President, Han Yihui. Due to personal reasons, Han Yihui applied to resign from the position of Vice President of the company, and the resignation will take effect from November 14, 2025. After resigning from the position of Vice President, Han Yihui will no longer hold any position in the company.
