In order to implement the decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, strengthen public services for training talents in small and medium-sized enterprises, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized the selection of "Master Teacher and Excellent Courses" for talent training in small and medium-sized enterprises in 2025. After various stages including social solicitation, local recommendation, entrepreneur selection, and expert review, 100 high-quality courses were selected. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has established a course library for "Master Teacher and Excellent Courses", and small and medium-sized enterprises can watch and learn online for free through the China Small and Medium Enterprises Service Network, the "Enterprise Micro-course" platform, and the high-quality small and medium-sized enterprise gradient cultivation platform. Local small and medium-sized enterprise competent authorities should strengthen the promotion and application of "Master Teacher and Excellent Courses" and provide more high-quality professional training services for small and medium-sized enterprises.
