The installation quantity of the open-source Euler operating system is expected to exceed 16 million units by the end of the year.

At the Operating System Conference 2025, Yang Chaobin, Director of Huawei and CEO of ICT BG, stated that it is expected that by the end of this year, the installation volume of the openEuler operating system will exceed 16 million units, with the addition of market share continuing to be the first; there are already 25 commercial OSV available, and there are 4312 ISVs that are compatible. Huawei will contribute to the openEuler community by supporting the operating system code for super nodes, helping the community to release the super node OS version first; at the same time, AI large models and openEuler will be further integrated.
