S&P: Upgrades Shanghai Electric Group and Shanghai Electric (02727.HK) Long-Term Issuer Credit Ratings to "BBB+" with a "Stable" outlook.

On November 13th, Standard & Poor's upgraded the long-term issuer credit ratings of Shanghai Electric Holdings Group Co. Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Electric Holdings Group") and its core subsidiary Shanghai Electric Group Company Limited (referred to as "Shanghai Electric" 02727.HK) from "BBB" to "BBB+".
