In October, China's Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose by 0.2% year-on-year, compared to a 0.3% decline in the previous month; it also increased by 0.2% month-on-month. In October, the producer price index for industrial products in China fell by 2.1% year-on-year, with the decline narrowing by 0.2 percentage points from the previous month, and increasing by 0.1% month-on-month; the producer purchase price index also fell by 2.7% year-on-year, with the decline narrowing by 0.4 percentage points, and also increasing by 0.1% month-on-month.
