Vishay: The company has completed the development and certification of the world's first AMOLED display driver chip using embedded RRAM storage technology.

Vechnology has indicated on the interactive platform that the company has successfully completed the development and certification of the world's first AMOLED display driver chip using embedded RRAM storage technology. This new AMOLED display driver chip was jointly developed by Vechnology and the driver chip design company Sheng Microelectronics, with technical support provided by the memory design company Ruik Microelectronics. Compared to traditional chips, this driver chip has advantages such as lower cost, smaller size, and higher efficiency. Currently, the driver chip has been developed and certified, meeting the requirements for mass production.
